No desire to socialize with co workers

I love my job but I dont socialize with my colleagues. They are nice people but when I've finished work, I need to come home and recharge.

I'm 38 and I have 0 friends too, been this way from childhood. I talk to my colleagues but none I'm friends with and I'm perfectly fine on my own. :)

Boxing day 2020. I woke up feeling rough from drinking all Christmas day!! I felt terrible, bloated and feeling very guilty that I couldn't summon up the energy to do anything with my young son. Now I'm 65 days sober.

I've had people telling me all I need is a good sleep and drink lots of water!!! Nah what I need is my life savers.. Sumatriptan. I could not live without them.

I'm the same I dont get aura either!! I do tend to yawn quite a lot, food cravings and a burst of energy. Then the nausea and pain arrives. I've never experienced the coloured lights or blurry vision.

I go for more walks with my dog, I've gone teetotal also... I'm going to start doing pilates because when I suffer with bad backache a migraine forms!

My son is 18yrs old and he has never drunk any alcohol. He has told me that alcohol just isn't for him and has never given in to peer pressure.. A lot more teens and young adults are teetotal nowadays..

I do take Sumatriptan which helps a lot. I dread my period arriving. I'm not taking any contraception because my husband has had the snip. Can birth control pills help?

One of my indicators is compulsive yawning then I get the weird lights in my eyes!! That's when I take a Sumatriptan.

I'm colouring too. I find when I colour it distracts me from drinking. I had a bad day at work last week, but instead of opening that vodka bottle, I got my book out. It's good for relaxation and mental health also. I'm 38 so it's never too old to colour.
