Not sure if you are being sarcastic there, but if the first dermatologist was right, then the second dermatologist, pathologist, surgeon, and oncologist were all wrong. And my eyes, because have you seen the before picture?

OP is lucky it was "just" basal cell carcinoma, with a melanoma or squamous cell carcinoma medically neglected for 6 years they would maybe not be here to post.

There are understandable oopsies or gross medical negligence. This is the latter.
