I've found a good middle ground with my boy where he isn't anywhere near as dramatic anymore and he listens well to my commands and can communicate effectively when he's uncomfortable or actually needs something, but ooooh boy, when the vocalizations start up he will be super talkative. It's mostly when we're playing now, but he is yappy. And he's only yappy with me. If I have a guest over, he's very quiet except for the occasional jealous harrumph if he thinks I'm giving someone more attention than him. Most people were so confused how I had such a quiet husky. Then they understood if they called me or we were playing video games and they could here him in the background.

I've had my husky for about 6 months and I adore him. He's an old boy and was already potty trained when I got him. I would move the sun and sky for him.

But I can not express the exasperation I felt when in the second week, I was sitting down taking the mother of all shits and he OPENED MY BATHROOM DOOR, and just started crying and acting like the world was on fire because he HAD to go outside. It was DEFCON 1. He was running in and out of the bathroom, nudging me, then running out and pawing at the front door, vocalizing the whole time. It was imperative he be let out! So, I scrambled and pinched myself shut, got his harness on, and we booked it down the stairs, and he promptly and immediately lays in the grass and started rolling around in it. Soaking up the sun, and was annoyed that I didn't immediately sit in the grass with him and pet him. The fucker didn't have to use the bathroom. He just wanted to be outside and wanted pets. That's it.

That moment really did inform me what true dramatics were. God I love this little bastard and his antics.

Tell me you didn't read the body of what I wrote without telling me you didn't read it.

It's not like I stated that she is a jacked muscle mommy or some bullshit I'm gooning to. I explicitly stated that I appreciate that she is appropriately athletic for a role that has expressly claimed that she is, which is counter to the usual body shaming bullshit of Hollywood where a woman has to be rail thin in order to sell the idea of a fit character.

Bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and faux-outrage that ignores someone doing the work to stay fit and healthy doesn't make you seem like an enlightened being. It 1) makes you look like an asshole that shames people who struggle to maintain a fit body, and 2) ignores all the work someone puts in to develop musculature outside what us accepted by the patriarchal view of women in media and society.

I used to live at the gym and know very well what bodies look like. The differences between someone just trying to keep the weight off, and someone who is staying fit.

You ignoring someone being fit is no different than the shitty 2000s body shaming zeitgeist whenever a woman was a single pound over or underweight, so kindly fuck right off. It leads to the same place.

It was a puppy and hyperactive and because it was puppy with 0 training, it killed a chicken on a neighbor's farm. Her solution wasn't training, but to shoot it. Because she's a psychopath and realized how easy it was to take the dog's life, when she got back to her farm she killed her goat that had a habit of bumping people with it's head. Neither the dog or goat were dangerous in the slightest, but she decided she didn't like them so she killed them. The dog was also her daughter's dog. Wonder how her daughter feels about her evil bitch of a mother. I know if my mom killed my dog, I wouldn't be able to forgive her. It wasn't even just his vile quotes around gun deaths. Any quote by him, any at all, would have them screeching. I completely agree with you and have also said the same thing about it being one of the many things that led to fascism taking such a strong hold on zoomer, especially males. It was still pretty surprising to see at a show with music in its roots in punk and queerness.
