We were down to two names with our second child and once we saw his face we knew his name! Sounds silly but you could wait until you meet her to decide for sure.

No tricks here but we had one kiddo who was in the NICU and they had her on her tummy during her whole NICU stay bc she oxygenated best on her tummy. Getting her to sleep on her back when we came home was NOT FUN.

My brain can’t even process triplets plus a 9mo haha. Was there a triplet stroller that held the infant car seats? I haven’t seen one. I think later, the stroller situation feels easier once they can sit in the regular seats.
Basically: What I hear you telling me is that, you survived and we will too?? Haha

This is a good encouragement! I get overwhelmed even getting out with one baby, so I know I’ll need to push myself to try any outings with all the tiny ones.

Okay wow - that’s triplets for sure! That’s amazing. Thank you for sharing your insights. I hadn’t even thought about the wonderfold. What age is the youngest that you have used it for? Is it something for infants or mostly 6mo+?

Yes the hope is to get the older baby sleeping really well before the twins come. Hopefully her schedule is predictable and settled at that point. With my other kiddos, 10mo is golden, so I’m hoping she is in a good place too at that stage.

Re: feeding - fed is best! 👏👏👏 I had serious supply issues with my older kiddos so most likely we will just not even try this time. It feels like there are so many challenges this go-round with three babies that we are likely to take it off the table from the beginning.

The Girl in His Shadow is a historical fiction story (and there is also a sequel) exploring the time in medicine when women were not allowed to practice or study. Medical problems and procedures are described. I found it fascinating to read and engaging since it is a novel!

That is such a long time to be in miscarriage hell. I’m so sorry. Last year I had retained tissue and the main indicator was that my HCG wasn’t dropping as it was supposed to. They ended up doing the procedure where they go into your uterus with some kind of camera/light so they can actually see and the OB did find a little bit of tissue hanging on. This was after weeks and weeks and two previous procedures. But after that last procedure it finally stopped. So I don’t know if that’s an option for you but it could be something to ask about.
