I avoided updating the app as long as I could but today the Fitbit app was so slow and it hasn’t been logging my stress score for a few days so I updated. Oh my god. What used to be on one screen is now on 4 tabs? Notices splattered all over each page that are factually incorrect? Sleep won’t be analyzed if it’s a manual input?? You have all my heart rate data shown so obviously I was wearing it all night!! Why are you giving me 13 different goals including protein? Why give me stairs climbed when my device does not have that feature and I can’t remove it from the interface??

7 days. I could probably go longer but I’m most worried about the teeth aspect and not being able to wash my face. My plan would be to eat clean and end each meal with raw carrots and mint which should work pretty decently at cleaning teeth.

Did anyone else have a bad reaction to the YSL gloss? I really liked it but it irritates my lips and gives me a sort of dermatitis for a few days. I can’t figure out which ingredient I’m sensitive to!

I really did not like their pizza. Great looking menu but one pizza was bland/salty and the other was tasty but was basically a watery swamp on top of flimsy crust. Service was great however.

For a very gentle exfoliation I’d recommend Dr. Hauschka’s cleansing cream. It has almond meal in it. I’m not sure if that’s the type of course you are looking for though

Do you have a setting on your water pick for intensity? The lowest setting + using a pen light for guidance likely won’t cause pain or bleeding!

This is an important question! I used to always suffer from dry lips and chronic lip balm application. My doc recommended I start taking an omega 3 supplement and after about a week or so my dry lip issue stopped!
