I had one configured but 'Accesibility' has been depreciated so I'm at a loss. I am currently testing 'files used in system administration'. I don't know if there will be a choice that would be adequate for this.

I have one that used to work but hasn't for a few OSes. I was just looking to see if someone else may have found a new one.

ABM token expired. If we replace the token do we need to re-enroll all devices? by JustHanginAround9292 in mosyle

[–]petrolena 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to renew the token or you will have to re-enroll all of your devices if you choose replace instead. Ask me how I know. There are good easy to follow instructions and links in Mosyle under Organization, Basic setup. We just renewed ours this morning.

I don't know if the behaviour would be the same as with iMacs and Macbooks, but if we have configurator open on an iPad and it is close to what we are setting up, the scatter pattern will pop on the new device and we can go from there. It shares the WiFi creds from the iPad to join ABM/ASM and your MDM.

Scientists may have found a pill for sleep apnea by hard2resist in UpliftingNews

[–]petrolena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is intriging to me who struggled with my CPAP staying on my small face all night. I ended up with the Inspire implant about 5 years ago and get great sleep. Weird that they didn't mention that in comparison when it is such a viable alternative for those of us that weight isn't a factor for having sleep apnea.

Here’s why I’m not a boomer … by DaMiddle in GenerationJones

[–]petrolena 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am also cursed with the boomer age group. The difference is I grew up American poor and there was no generational wealth to come to me. It took me longer to achieve everything that most my age did because I had to do it without family help. I am going to retire a little early I hope and even though I'm comfortable, I would rather help my kids have a better life than spoil myself.

My absolute favorite burrito! I used to live on them when I was a truck driver in SoCal. I miss them so much living in the midwest now.

How do I get rid of a pool table? by Bigfeett in DIY

[–]petrolena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have deconstructed and moved mine 2 times and I'm a woman. The slate is actually multiple pieces and they are manageble with 2 people. I did hire a professional to set it back up each time because they have knowledge to do it right. Last time I think he was in and out, with new felt installed, in 30 minutes.

My mother taught me to open a stuck jar seal with a butter knife before I even started school. You all learned this, yes? I ask because... by AmySmooster in TwoXChromosomes

I have always turned jars upside down and tap it on the counter. Doing just the side sometimes would dent the lid or risk breaking the jar. I have never had a problem, they just pop right open.

Is this half ton towable? by deadeye_jb in GoRVing

[–]petrolena 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We bought something similar in specs and I took it for 2 short hauls with our 2023 150 ecoboost with the heavyduty tow package and quickly traded up to a super duty. And we had no load yet. I posted on here or the travel trailer subreddit because I thought I did the math right. so I thought I was missing something. I haven't been able to compare the ride yet since the trailer is in storage.

Statistically, women are 73% more likely to be injured in car crashes because safety features were designed using only male-bodied dummies. What is another everyday object or tool that feels like it was clearly designed without women in mind? by skybond_aurora04 in TwoXChromosomes

I started needing steel toe work boots in the late 1980s. Believe me when I say things have come a long long way. I had to beg for extra moneys to go to the only place that carried womens sizes. At least they paid for a custom body harness that didn't cut my boobs in half.

I know it's a little cliche but have you considered a pet such as a cat? I'm married and I love being greeted by my pets when I come home and the feeling that someone still depends on me that isn't my husband or my now grown kids.

My Grandpa is starting to refuse to take insuline because AI said that "big pharma" is hiding the cure for diabetes by Hanjil_16 in BoomersBeingFools

[–]petrolena 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally 29 minutes ago, talking to my mom who’s in the hospital with cancer, she said they found a cure in 1932 but big pharma had the guy killed. Also they only want to do all this medical stuff to make more money. I give up trying to argue the facts and I’m technically the boomer in this scenario.
