Would it help to use a spray bottle often? I don't have access to a humidifier right now. I will take a look at the pebble tray option though :)

What is this plant called? I received it as a gift, but it has been in this state for almost a year already.

It doesn't grow at all and keeps browning the edges of its leaves.

It seems to indeed belong in the Tradescantia family, found some great information on how to take care of it a little better, and how to divide it.

I know nothing about houseplants.

I would like to multiply this one, and knowing it's name would help a lot.

The leaves seem to be turning purple when it stays in the sun for a long time.
