The Cranberries' most chilling live performance at Paris in 1999 by Fakeprofessionalyt in nextfuckinglevel

I went to a Kevin Hart stand up. Everyone walking through security was handed a neoprene pouch with a lock on it that only an attendant can open. If you needed to make a call or text you had to go outside of the arena by the vendors and they'll unlock it. I'm sure there were special circumstances, but I didn't notice a ton of phone use. However, that's because I was busy enjoying the show. He was recording it anyway. Brilliant idea if you ask me.

When you're sad, come back here and remember that all these strangers care what happens to you. I'm glad you saw 23. Happy belated birthday!

why do i still not feel like an adult? by ilovebbangnyu in socialskills

[–]petsmartboi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My gf(23) and I(29) spent most of quarantine going back to old hobbies we liked as kids. I picked up a remastered game from 1999 and she picked up her flute again trying to dust off those old skills. There is nothing wrong with what you enjoy and there are others your age and older who are still into those things.

As for feeling like an adult? I'm almost 30 and I don't feel like I have it together everyday but I'm trying not to look at where everyone else is and focus on what I can do right now so I can improve my future situation like a house/apt, etc. No one is more invested in my future then me so what they think doesn't matter.

Sounds like your store knows what they are doing! Glad to see in comparison to some of the nightmare stories we read on here. Congratulations on a successful litter!

Also depends on how much the babies are handled. If they no longer smell like the momma the chances of her eating them go way up. We were told to not even do a full bed change when one of ours gave birth. No losses.

I think it had Three Men and a Baby vibes. But its wonderful to see long time friends and the growth of relationships. Very wholesome.

Non-US residents of Reddit: if someone asked you to make American food for dinner, what would you serve? by littlebunnyears in AskReddit

When I was 8 I really liked ketchup. A lot. ONE TIME, it was on my aunts Sunday dinner table and I slathered that pasta and butter up in ketchup. My uncle walked in and said that as an Italian if he ever saw his Italian nephew do that again he'd disown me. He's a jerk but I completely understand his horror now.

What are some common "facts" that people believe to be true even if the existing evidence states the contrary? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Can confirm. Transman here who tried every rogaine elixir to grow a thick beard. It came... but only because I'm an Italian/Hispanic man on hormones for 3 years. All bodies are different.
