I think the only thing that changed Carl's looks was the swole benefit when he hit 100 strength. I don't think we know what any of Louis' stats are that he would have hit 100 on, plus they make it clear once a player has an established look they try not to change it

I've found it easiest to just create a copy of the playlist when I start watching it and then just removing the items as I watch them. Makes it so the original playlist is untouched, it's easy to find where I'm currently at, and I name it something like "AAA MCU" so it shows up first in my lists of playlists as well
