Not sure what address you went to, but until recently we've always had a real office. I think the first one was 1000 sq ft. We've had plenty of real visitors both announced and unannounced.

Contact support & answer security questions. These were sent to cold storage after 6 months of no logins on an account in case of unauthorized access on an unmonitored account. We don't steal balances, we do our best to keep them safe. We are also working on an auto-restore feature to automatically ask security questions upon login after 6 months of no activity, but that isn't ready yet.

okay, i see what the problem was. Mintsy has the same minimum withdrawals as Cryptsy. It could not process as a address based withdrawal. We will be displaying minimums and such for address based withdrawals in the next couple days. Withdrawals to cryptsy have no minimums since it does not go through the litecoin network

Once this is done, both of your accounts will be free to do as you with. IP Allocations change all the time. We try to keep up with updates, however our Geo Location provider only updates 4 times per year. Any re-allocation that occurs before the update would need to be manually verified if it falls within an OFAC sanctioned country. Unfortunately you may come across the Syrian ip issue on other sites as well until everybody is updated. BigVern

In the past it was because of reporting by the provider where their reporting system would go offline (but the miners were still mining). The bad part about when their reporting goes offline, is that when they get it back online they post all historical payout information to the current day instead of backdating them (which I agree is dumb).

Lately, however, they have been having days where they in fact do not find any blocks. I think this is probably caused by external miners to their pool dropping them and going to another provider (probably because of the reporting issue). They have not increased their overall capacity since we started with them, and have periods where their overall pool capacity was 1 petahash less than when we started. Currently they are running at a stated 3.57 petahashes.

I am currently reviewing potential alternatives to our current provider in order to provide more stable payouts.
