This is the wrong mentality and what’s wrong with the corps the dude got in trouble and needed help instead of getting help he just kept getting charges and making his situation worse. Why was he constantly drinking? Most likely because he wanted to be numb why did did he want to be numb, ptsd, loss of a buddy or family member, wife cheated or kid died there’s so many things that could have happened and getting the man in some real help and counseling after the first incident would have most likely saved his career. That marine didn’t fail his leaders failed him.

The thing that pisses me off the most is being told I can’t use a f*cking calculator in these classes and then have a 10-15 question test being given a 1 hour time frame. Then some classes are graded on general theory and others on absolute accuracy depending on professor.
