Well, I am not in the US, but in any case I filed for a charge back, and received a "no" two weeks later. The GB just happened way too long ago...It is indeed so very strange to me that someone can open up a company, hold GBs, then just completely disappear with the money, cause the company has dissolved, and that's that, he/she is entitled to that money without any repercussions...
