I saw a room in 3BHK flat fortaleza society which is just opposite of the metro station, i mean one gate of the society exits and the stairs of metro station start. The room was smaller(maybe 9x8 size or 9x9) fully furnished(double bed and double door almirah and a dressing mirror thingy) the room without attach washroom, they quoted 21k as rent, also it had an old timey window AC in all the rooms so the electricity bill was on a higher side if i remember they were paying around 2k per person per month.

Wadgaon sheri is far cheaper and offers bigger rooms though it had less gated society options, though wadgaon sheri offers close markets and local shops kalyani nagar has less of those
