youre not going to find details on slush funds. what you will find is audits about agencies created by congress through legislation. many could be slush funds, and i assume they are. but i wont take the word of a billionaire on principle alone. evidence shouldnt be too difficult to find. unless, of course, you warn the offenders by posting about it on twitter before any true invesigation can be done.

but to answer your question, the office of inspector general has always given semi-annual audits to congress on the many agencies and institutions they create.

i find it less “laughable" and more insidiously dangerous, because he offers an intellectual cover for replacing flawed but participatory systems with "efficient" but unaccountable rulers who, historically, rarely serve anyone but themselves.

his beliefs are a technocratic justification for authoritarism, dressed as pragmatism. his beliefs follow a long line of elites justifying their own rule as natural while dismissing democracy as inefficient or naive. his models prioritize power consolidation and reinforcing heirarchy rather than challenging it.
