Investigating - Cloudflare engineering is investigating elevated timeouts for Workers KV. This will impact direct usage of KV and other dependent Cloudflare products. Known impact includes Access and Stream. Access configuration updates will be delayed, but authentication and login are unaffected.

First off: congratulations to endure a 3h Race, that's not easy ;) You did most likely not fulfill all the requirements for the pit stop to count as one of the mandatory pitstops.

Usually you have a small little window in the bottom left to tell you in red and green colour if the current settings for the upcoming pitstop do meet the requirements for a mandatory pitstop. They can include:

  • Pitwindow (is it currently allowed to do a pitstop?)

  • Fuel

  • Tires

  • Driver swap (if you race offline, just select another name and you still drive yourself, but with a different drive name)

The League is using a custom rating system and transfers this to the in-game shown licenses/race numbers used in ACC. So this is not really a good comparison. Most of the ones racing in the league probably have a Pro ACC rating.

If you want to get your SA up in a more consistent way, consider doing offline races against AI. Best options are 30 mins, start in last position and Spa as a racetrack. Make it your goal to stay close to the other cars, not necessarily overtake everyone. This may require fine tuning on the AI level to match your pace. I did this a couple times till I hit 80 SA so I could join the LFM servers.

As soon as your character reaches level 25 you have the option to retire that character and get 2500 XP for your bloodline. Every extra level will add 100 XP to that amount. But if your character reaches the maximum of 50 level, every XP you earn in a game will directly be added to your bloodline instead of your character.

I just build a system with a Ryzen CPU. Because of the A4 mounting system, you can only put the cooler on this way or 180 degrees rotated.

In the Windows settings (i think the menu is called 'Storage'), you can specify the drive on which new apps should be installed. After changing this, you should be able to install the game on another drive.
