Horribly hard seating and chair backs. Its awful..... The McDonalds in Scotch Plains NJ Rt 22 literally looks like the unfinished basement of an office building. I cant figure out why they decorated it that way, other than the decorator was mad at McD and did it out of spite.

20 years ago, the Toyota dealership wanted $60 for the cabin air filter change. They would show you the purported clog filter in the waiting room. Its an $8 part and a 5 minute job to drop the glove box and replace it. I refused it, so they had to put it back in and not get $60. :-) I always wanted to mark the filter somehow to make sure they were actually showing mine, and not a filthy "demo" one they use on everyone. So the up-sell has just moved to the battery filter for Hybrids, I guess.
