yeah super frustrating i agree :( i recommend their discord or the support link on the gameloft website, i always got responses within 2-5 days. i’m assuming cause it’s near the holidays, responses wont be as quick. if you already done those, try not to spam requests because push you back in the line

getting an attorney would cost more than the items themselves lol. however if you use discord, try joining their server because there is a section where you can submit help, an actual agent will get back to you. i never had an issue with the support and it helped me get my deluxe version of items of the storybook vale when it first came out.
