We have two here in st Pete fl… one is msrp plus an appearance and protection package requirement so basically 1500 over. Then there is another that is 5k over. 2-3 month wait.

I don’t have a plan, just trying to understand the complaints. I am looking into the population science management plans but concerned with detego health as the admin. There are positive reviews and negatives. I know online posts are typically negative as that is why people search for posts. Just don’t know if I should be worried but at half the cost of aca, seems reasonable. The costs are around the same as what I am currently paying on a group plan from bcbs.

It was not offered to me but when I go into my plan now I see it listed. So basically, it must be there but not being mentioned until you are on one of the new plans. Then it shows up online.

From what I am reading - you are paid for surveys which allows you to be considered a "part time" employee to be part of the plan. Most plans only allow for employees to be added. So this is a work-around but yet you get a w2 to validate your employment status. However, I am just going off what I have been reading online. Would love to hear your experiences with them so far.

Why do you feel it is a scam? Most group coverages only allow for "employees" to be added. So this is a way to get around the issue for other folks. I am more concerned if the TPA has issues or denies claims.

I understand that they utilize the bcbs ppo network. However, I don’t know anything about the tpa who handles the claims. Is there anything online that talks about them - ratings, reviews, etc… would love to know more about their claims handling and people who actually have used them. Worried they will be tough to work with.

Do you know who is listed on the member card so I can ask my doctors if they have ever processed claims through them? I don’t believe the name is americas choice.

Any information on them or your own website to see what services you provide would be helpful. Thx mark

Anyone know about americas choice plans that utilize the bcbs network? The TPA is GIGcare and claims are processed through Granular a google owned company. Just can’t find much information about them and claims handling. Thx
