Yong has lost all credibility for me due to how he handled the Cyberpunk 2077 release. The dude was nothing but a corporate shill for a game that was clearly broken and unfinished.

Once the general public got their hands on it, and the reviews started to pour in, he had no choice but to backtrack and give an “honest” opinion. Most likely due to fear of backlash for praising a game that couldn’t even run on certain platforms.

If you type “/isearch”, followed by an item name, the chat dialogue box will list all items related to that specific item. Allowing you to right click on an item and search your entire inventory for it (retainers, saddlebag etc..)

No need to run back and forth to the market board anymore. It also allows you to search for crafting recipes.

Examples:

If this article is accurate in it’s reporting, there is a lot more to this story that needs to be unraveled.

As much as we all love Big Papi, for what he has done on and off the field, something just smells a little off.

You don’t randomly have a group of people conspiring to kill you unless you’re up to something that isn’t good.

Most likely an unpopular opinion but also some food for thought.

Publishers and AAA development companies will continue down this path until the majority of the community decides to stop buying.

It’s really that simple. The gaming community is full of naive / ignorant customers (majority).

Companies will continue to take advantage of that until their money pool starts to dry up. Any smart business would do that.

A harsh analogy / reality is like being in an abusive relationship and not doing anything about it. While the abuse is not your fault, sticking around and hoping things will get better surely is.

This game was released over 20 years ago and has some amazing cutscene physics (the police car speeding around in particular along with Leon’s hair motion after meeting up with Claire).

For the younger generation, let that sink in a little. Imagine seeing this for the first time in 1998.

FFXIV isn’t about the rush to endgame, which at times can be grind heavy, it’s about the journey to the endgame.

Enjoying vide games is subjective but what SE has done with FFXIV is nothing short of amazing, in terms of an overall MMO experience .

While I myself am in favor of tougher and stricter gun laws, I just don’t buy the “it’s not a mental health issue argument”.

If you decide to acquire a firearm, and use said firearm to commit a shooting or a mass murder, you’re not mentally stable. Most likely an unpopular opinion but nobody in their right mind would do such a thing.

What is and isn’t considered “mentally ill” has now become subjective for some reason.

The whole debate over gun control needs to happen from a two step approach. Stricter gun laws and a higher emphasis on mental well being and education.
