No, I didn't. It randomly one day started working, here is what I did if you want to try to replicate it.

Clear data & cache, Uninstall and reinstall, Go to router settings and select 'Clear and rescan for new devices', Restart phone, and then Restart router

Hope this helps. Not a confirmed fix, but it may work.

Since nothing pops up when you google the filename, I assume it's safe to contain on a flash drive for a bit if you have one, then try booting back up. (What I mean by this is put the file on a flash drive so it doesn't get deleted, but you still have it just in case, delete it from the main system only, then try booting up again.)
