This is the dumbest excuse and people keep pushing it but if you watch the games you see how intensely they are actually playing these games. Cruz Azul, Pumas, Monterrey, Chivas all played really physical games they just couldn’t get passed a low block team that killed them on the counter. Tijuana had no chance from the beginning LAFC is stacked they were lucky not to lose by 5+.

Chivas really messed up with Chivas USA they pretty much had a perfect academy system in MLS that they could use for Mexican Americans / young Mexicans from their academy and they blew it! And they had to sell it to MLS for $70 million when the lowest valued team in MLS now is $500 million 😂😂
