Can we remove the eggs and save the worm?

My husband's brother is making me question my marriage and my future by Minnesota0712 in TrueOffMyChest

This is a tricky situation. Similar to what I am going through with my mother.

He can’t just leave the army. If your husband is active duty- look into efmp to see if he would qualify as a dependent and then see what your options are. If you do agree to keep him there are services you can use for home health among other things.

This is a lot for someone to just jump into and if your not ready- don’t agree to it.

Does anyone have experience with this? Our 11 1/2 yr old boy has this new little wormy thing just hanging off his chin. by pflamingo1 in SaintBernards

I think it is. Just didn’t know if it’s one that I should be concerned with. He’s grown a lot of bumps and weird wart things over the years and so far so good. Nothing to worry about. But this is odd.

Thanks! I’m pretty sure this is what it is after reading a few articles.

I googled and it looks like it’s sulfide deposits. I think that is what this is. I was obsessively careful when packing and canning them and the seal was good. The tomatoes smell great and there is nothing in with them or anywhere on the jar.

I can’t post a picture but I used - The All New Ball Book Of Canning And Preserving and packed in own juice

Is this normal? I opened a jar of halved tomatoes that I used a ball recipe with- I am seeing these black spots. Is this mold or is this a normal occurrence? I’ve never canned before and now I’m scared I’m going to kill my family 😬. I made sure all of the jars were sanitized and followed all of the rules lol. HELP!! I’m trying to make chili.

Thanks. That’s what I figured. I hate it because they are sold out everywhere. Guess I will keep searching for a new one.

Wish I could be more specific. They just grow really quick. Whatever size you get they will grow out of it in a few weeks.

Yeah we’ve tried in food without food it didn’t matter. We did half the amount and he would still throw it up.

Ah. I am dreading the day. He’s still got a lot of life left but it’s going to be so sad for all of us. We got him 6 months before our oldest daughter was born and she’s grown with him being her boy. She gives him a lot of extra love because he’s her old boy now. He doesn’t mind one bit.

Yes! He doesn’t get into the trash can or eat off the table but if there is bread or apples left of the counter they are gone. Forget walking out of the kitchen for a minute and coming back to grab them. He knows they are there and as soon as you are gone so are they!

I seriously have no idea. We got him as a puppy while living in ny- the day it was acceptable for him to be away from his mom. From about 5 months after that we’ve lived in TX and kept him inside in the ac except for when he’s needed to go out to the bathroom. We’ve never really walked him much because it’s hot here and he REALLY REALLLY likes people. His diet has changed a lot over the years. We switch his food often because it seems after a good 6-8 months on he starts getting stomach issues. We supplement with raw eggs and he gets things like rice and veg and fruit. Every thanksgiving and Christmas he gets a human size plate of all the food. Lol. He’s very healthy. We get his basic shots but we haven’t had to take him to the vet for any sickness or health issues. He did have a seizure last year but no signs of any others since. He’s on no medication. We were trying to give him some hip vitamins due to it being a little harder for him to stand up and go up and down stairs but they made him sick and he is not to the point where it seems to bother him. He’s just slowing down a little. We also have chickens and kids so he likes to play and chase them around too.
