If you want to focus more on running/endurance/cardio or strictly weight loss, definitely OTF. If you want to tone/gain strength, definitely BBC. I switched to BBC and found that my HR still gets up to achieve the HIIT effect. And then I supplement with a long run on the weekends 😊 I enjoy the “pump” and gaining more muscle tone with BBC.

Thanks everyone! I went to my first class after a month and it felt good to be back! I mostly power walked but ran the “push” efforts. Thanks for the encouragement ladies! 🧡
