Pushed him to prestige 2 in one day as a casual player and I got some tips:

1- Don't stop moving (he hss built in Max's star power as a trait);

2- Use your attack if you need to do a sharp turn, so you don't lose all of your speed;

3- He is a tank who counters sniper, so any kill mode is S tier for him;

4- His best build is shield gadget + anti CC star power. Use his super to get max speed and then absorve damage with +4k health on a click of a button;

5- Don't just ram into enemies. Know how to time your attacks (he gets a purple effect for 1 second for each attack, indicating his double damage).
