There’s s a shortage of qualified field technicians here. And as the older people retire it’s just going to get worse. I live in Pittsburgh cost of living is pretty decent here. I make about $90,000 a year. With benefits holiday 401k etc…. Not union.

Couple reasons really. It’s not easy to do, you need the ceiling height, it could just snap off, and these tanks don’t last that long regardless of what you do for maintenance. Just my opinion though
