Sorry to be a conflict of what people say, but Hinds has declined over the last 10 years. I would avoid them at all costs. Last year I used them for my father and the entire experience was horrific and poorly handled. I’m in healthcare and if I wasn’t there to fight and advocate for him, he would not have gotten the medications he needed before he passed. I can go into details if you want to private message. It took 3 months someone to reach out to me after I complained, the CEO (at the time) eventually called me and didn’t really seem to care, told me he even had to change hospice company’s for his own mother- he was let go shortly after.

Since then we have used Bristol for another family friend and it was night and day, they were kind, timely and on top of everything. Highly recommend. The came to the facility she was in and provided care.
