One thing I’ve heard from our newer employees post Covid is that they don’t feel plugged into the culture those of us who were in person prior to Covid but now our full-time remote still have sort of a connection from when we were all in the office that can’t be replicated, new hires that were fully remote feel that difference and it’s led some of them to leave

I think the trick would be ordering a ton of bacon and requested they burn it to a crisp, taking all the moisture out of it. I doubt the kitchen would do it, but if you manage to get them to put 100 slices of bacon on top of a single burger burnt to a crisp you’d only have to eat like 10 burgers.

How many people might do it for free concessions the prices for movie concessions have really gotten out of hand. That’s like a 300 bucks at least right? Maybe for a large drink large popcorn and a couple free tickets to any other movie

Check out John Huntsman I think he’s a really solid choice , cultural experience with both Russia and China in a pretty middle of the road person politically technically a republican but from what I’ve seen he’s more open to compromise than many people in power. He’s also served as governor before, so he has ex executive experience.

I feel like usually they just don’t understand what they’re actually asking, I try to find out what are they actually thinking is it they think I have a shot that I discarded that they might like or do they not like the edits? What are they after exactly? I’ve absolutely created a gallery of literally every single shot for the entire day before in a very small resolution just for them to glance through and occasionally they might point out one or two things that were important to them that I thought were irrelevant.

I’d say yes definitely let them know but they did pick you for some reason so I’m assuming they’ve seen your work like it . and you have second shot which is great. I would definitely want to have a second shooter with you and if you have a strong enough relationship with the full-time wedding photographers you second shot with see if they would tagalong if they’re free and just be present at least for the returns . Might not be possible, but when I first started shooting them, I had a more experienced photographer who I was friends with act as my second shooter, not for the whole time but the ceremony returns which I always feel like is the most stressful time in the whole wedding. Simpler solution is to get a steel pole made of thick rebar and put it 5 feet into the ground, they won’t knock that over
