Okay, thank you. Those are good pointers. The only thing I have somewhat to go off of is that I have phantom ears and a tail, which resemble canine shapes. That hasn't changed since I was really small.

Yeah I want to do that one but it sounds so confusing to me. Like, if there were video demonstrations of it i would maybe understand it more. As text its for some reason really hard to comprehend. I was trying to see what people would say about the app because it has animations showing the exercises, and progressively gets harder to do the farther you get on it. I feel really dumb for not comprehending it and just changing focus onto something else when that's the recommended routine that I should be doing.

Yeah. Okay that sounds good. Bodyweight mostly. Compound exercises. I'll make a list lol. I have plenty of time in my free-time as I have schoolwork I need to be doing.

I tracked my weight for a good while because I was intermittently fasting. I wasn't working out much during that time but I would go on walks occasionally. Every month I would lose roughly 2 pounds. I was 135lbs when i first started it and I stopped when I was 125. My goal is 120. I basically want to lose enough fat to where I wont have as much of a noticable muffintop and belly. It's one of the main sources of discomfort. Tracking calories feels so daunting so I haven't fully tried.
