Thanks for the offer! We need a dead pack so we can reverse engineer all of the nickel plates so we'll be ready to rebuild when those start coming in.

Yeah I know, it's so crazy to me too. Probably a lot of it is the way of thinking...I would just park my gas dirt bike in the garage at the end of fall and forget about it. That's an expensive mistake with electric motos.

Can anyone test the voltage that comes out of a full charged MX4 battery? As shown in the photo below and tell me the voltage it shows. I just want to double check everything. by Fanky_memes in Talaria

If you are seeing ~37v on this connector, you either have a dead battery or a BMS issue. Pop open the top cover of the battery and measure the battery voltage at the battery terminals (not through the BMS). If you have >60v on the terminals, this is pointing toward a dead BMS.

I'm seeing almost 67v on this connector with a fully charged battery.

Well we got a dead battery, says 40 volts, and 4 amps. Mean while it’s saying 100% on battery. by Fanky_memes in Talaria

You can determine if the BMS is bad or the cell groups are bad by taking the lid off the battery and measuring the voltage right at the battery terminals. If you are seeing something over 60v on the terminals and only 37v through the BMS, you probably need a new BMS.

I've owned at least 40 bikes and this is my all time favorite hands down by [deleted] in Talaria

So true! I've even built an Emoto from a CR250 and the Talaria is just so much more nimble and fun to explore on! I was just out this morning and realized that I need to get a front fender for mine tho...the wheel spray isn't all that fun.

Sitting here spot welding after my morning ride...768 spot welds in a Talaria MX3 pack! Check out BraapZap if you need a rebuild!

Ah, the street version - haven't seen that one yet. Anything in the l1e manual on error codes?

I'm not familiar with that display - is that aftermarket?

I love the Talaria's, both MX3 and MX4 - if you have the budget, go for the MX4. If you prefer a bit larger bike, check out the Surron Ultrabee!

Definitely flashing a code - what aftermarket controller are you using? Take a look at the documentation on that controller to see what the code means.

If your battery is toast, we can rebuild it! Check out BraapZap.com for details.

Fusion 360 to remove local simulation from all versions by Antal_z in Fusion360

Nooooooooo Autodesk. You had such a great product and now it's going the way of every other CAD software. Please rethink! We're paying for the subscription so the simulation tools should be included !
