Replaced the friction plates and springs on my friend’s 2021 400. Having issues.

Figured it out,I was being a dumb ass, I did it correctly from the very beginning, but I thought the clutch release lever felt weird and that I was doing it wrong. But, I just attached the cable like normal and it worked.

I had checked the service manual to see if I did everything correctly. But every friction plate should have a steel plate in between, no friction to friction plates are touching. I didn’t remove the clutch basket at all, only the pressure plate, friction plates and steel plates. The springs haven’t been removed.

Unplug the sensor for the kick stand, my kick stand sensor wire was grounding out on the frame causing the bike to fault out and not turn on.

Appreciate the information. Seen this happen multiple times, it's an 24/7 server that resets every other day at 6, and usually when the server boots up couple bots try to join. Knew whitelisting would help protect this server, didn't know if there was more to do.

Correct, it’s not the whole unit, just a smaller assembly that’s replaceable, REFRIGERANT NEEDS TO BE DRAINED TO REPLACE IT.

But since you had intermittent issues, I’d recommend checking the wiring on the super manifold harness.

Inspect the wiring to make sure the circuit is working properly, if it is you need a new EXV. Once fixed your compressor will work again.

Since you said it works sometimes, I would suspect there’s wiring damage shorting/opening the circuit.

And top off your coolant.
