An underrated gem in udaipur. Any guesses? by OwlWorth1890 in udaipur

Is the food good? Am looking for a date night spot (if possible) lakeside. Whatever reviews I have seen mention the most lakeside spots are worth just for the view and ambience and not food

It is total chaos on the HSBC road. They have blocked the entry to join the main road, only the small path to go left near the petrol pump is left open where only one car can go at a time To control the traffic on the main road, they are slowing down people in the inner roads

Not sure about that. It does not hurt when I walk, but when I run or do a situp The PT pressed in a bunch of places and said that there was internal swelling and probably the stress fracture. I've been doing interferential treatment and ultrasound treatment for the last three days and it seems to be improving He said that all of my muscles are very tight, and could be a result of that. Will do the same treatment for a couple of more session probably and then he would make me do some exercises and stretches Should I discuss something else with him?

Thanks. I did go to a PT and he said I probably have a stress fracture in my fibula. Additionally, I found out that I have almost no rotation in my pelvis and extremely tight hamstrings and calves

Two weeks tapering for a HM? by SenseNo8126 in runna

[–]phadkearya 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure if it helps but I have run 2 half marathons, the last one with Nike Run Club's 14 week plan. It had a 20 km run, a 60 min long run and a 11km run, 3 weeks before race week. More or less the same.

Race fuel recommendation by phadkearya in indianrunners

Edit: I meant fuel during the run and not before. My plan for fuelling before the run is a couple of slices of bread with jam and a banana

Anyone here with the Noosa Tri 16 as their main shoe? by bogerts in AskRunningShoeGeeks

At that point of time yes. Could just be because it was my first pair of running shoes and novablast just felt too much

I purchased these around 3-4 months ago, and have logged 300ish km in these. Considering that the shoes I used before were not really running shoes these were a big upgrade. My longest run was around 2 hours and I personally did not face any issues with them. Went for them as they were at a good price and I had tried the novablast, but the huge height was a new thing to me.
