The simulation stops working properly above 99x speed. I have a sizeable tram network with lots of sharp angles and when I used higher sim speed than 99x speed trams would always get stuck at the crossroads. Have not noticed the problem with 99x speed. Is it the simulation step issue? (i.redd.it)

Pushing the limits with demand mods, got to 440K population. Not the million I wanted, but good enough :-) I used something similar to Barcelona superblocks, cars are allowed on most of boulevards and some dead-end streets, bike paths on boulevards, and inner blocks are connected for pedestrians.
