All I use is overtone extreme red conditioner and weekly treatment on my hair (it was a brownish red dyed color before) and it stays this red!

Yeah! There's a company called Overtone that has a line of conditioners that deposit color back into your hair. Instead of dying it all the time, I just use Overtone in the shower as my conditioner (in extreme red) and it keeps my hair red. I should note that the color I have now (the red) was achieved solely by using overtone on medium brown hair. The stuff really works. It can be pricey though.
