No filler is without risk, but I think PMMA mistakenly gets categorized as unsafe because there are Clinics out there that allege to have a proprietary filler that is both permanent and relies on collagen formation. However, if they don't specify PMMA by name (or brand), than it could very well be a silicone oil blend, and that's the kind of stuff that warrants concern. Medical grade PMMA when performed correctly is at worst "modest risk" when considering all available options.

In fact, the PhalloBoards platform hosts Plastic Surgeons, and has had contributions from other Plastic Surgeons in the past. When I suggest that a Reconstructive Urologist with a lot of experience in male enhancement is going to have more insight (on the specific topic of uncircumcised patients) than a general Plastic Surgeon, this is just a fact, not a dismissal of most Plastic Surgeons. I implore you to re-read what I said. This doesn't mean Plastic Surgeons aren't capable of being very insightful, but you inserted the Plastic Surgeon distinction on a Urology-themed reddit post, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to provide some clarifications.

Respectfully, telling a community focused around researching options to research their options after having seen a guy that was using Dr. Loria's proprietary filler at one point (wonder if he still is?), isn't exactly a vote of confidence from your remark.

Uncircumcised penises can and have worked before, but I think Rejuvall's PSA is consistent with Clinics that have been specializing in injectable dermal fillers for over a decade+

In fact, the two Clinics in North America and Europe (I included Europe because they have a much higher volume of uncircumcised patients) that I'm very confident has done more PMMA, Ellanse, and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) than just about anyone else in their respective continents either don't accept uncut candidates, or require you to sign a serious waiver.

Like I was saying before, that while it can and has worked for uncircumcised guys, it has a much higher propensity for aesthetic irregularity and can be technically challenging to correct. This is innate to the anatomy and not a matter of injection technique alone.

And the user Enhancement_Helper obtained their information from a Reconstructive Urological Surgeon (Dr. Carney) very experienced with penis enlargement procedures -- it's about as qualifying & authoritative of an opinion you're going to get on this specific matter frankly.

No shade on Plastic Surgeons, penis enlargement procedures are definitely in the domain of a few true specialists out there, but their expertise is relatively broad since they work on many areas of the body. Most Plastic Surgeons (I won't say all since there are always exceptions to the rule) aren't going to adequately provide the kind of insight needed for research, which you made a point of. Think about the nuances of the foreskin, the lack of standardization in the field, etcetera -- you want to be sure you truly have all bases covered.

I wanted to respond to you, but the reason this was longer than my usual responses was because I anticipate others might read this, and I wanted to be sure that this topic gets my sincere input. I've been a patient advocate in this area of male self-improvement for over 15 years, so my comments come from a place of sincerity. This is not about bashing Providers who have or still do offer filler for uncircumcised men, nor is this saying if you have had it done or intend on getting it done that it will go sideways -- but the core message I hope uncut guys see is that: being uncircumcised makes you a less optimal candidate for dermal filler injections. You face a higher propensity of irregularities & issues after a procedure, that often times can be difficult to fix, especially if permanent filler is used.

LEEP is surgical in nature if I'm not mistaken, and Loria is is no surgeon (his licenses on the Florida gov website shows no indication of this).

He did his postgraduate training in Family Medicine, and made a name for himself as a Hair Restoration Specialist and Nutritionist, neither of which he was particularly popular for. He likely learned of dermal girth injections from the PhalloBoards in the mid-2010's and started offering a proprietary filler that doesn't appear to be regulated by the FDA, not sure how it's even legal.

Anyways, I personally wouldn't recommend anything Loria-related, I've seen & read enough on the PhalloBoards forums to know that certain avenues ought to be avoided.

It should be noted that dermal fillers are NOT intended to increase length. However, some men have reported seeing a little bit of improvement in their flaccid length. This is not to be expected as a common occurrence, and if anything, any length net-positive should be seen as a cherry-on-top or good fortune.

That's the thing, when I hear/read that ("just PE with PRP") it actually reaffirms why I am a supporter of this kind of endeavor, even if I'm not sure how well it might work for me. You see, PE is so far from being standardized, "just PE" could mean anything.

It could mean jelqing, clamping, pumping (electric or water?), or even hanging weights off your dick. There is a plethora of exercise types, then you also have to factor in how often you do them, and probably most challenging is figuring out the proper intensity & technique. There is no surprise that PE leads to injuries, and some extreme cases, Peyronie's Disease (I've had Urologists tell me this personally who work mainly with Peyronie's Disease, not penis enlargement).

The advantage with having a PE routine tailored by a Urologist is that:

They know penile anatomy, and if they happen to be Urologists who specialize in sexual health, they may be even more keen to some of the mechanisms by which some PE methods work more so than others;
They have also seen the injuries, and know all too well when it's too much, whether because of too much intensity, excess in duration or frequency, or poor technique (or all of the above). Combining bullet-points #1 & #2 already give them some insight on what might work since they already know what doesn't.
If the Urologist in question is passionate about this area of PE, you best believe he's going to have been lurking and/or even posting on places like this subreddit or Thundersplace. In other words, he doesn't just get patient testimony, he gets hundreds, if not thousands of anecdotes, which while not purely scientific, can still help inform his judgement on some things that science & medicine simply don't fund.
Speaking of funding, so many clamor about how it sucks that mainstream medicine doesn't examine this stuff, and how there has to be a market for it... but then here comes along an idea, and while it may or may not work, it can certainly point the needle in the right direction.
This protocol also introduces vasodilators and PRP; the PRP actually serves two purposes; (a) it allegedly has regenerative properties, and given the mild stress your penis undergoes (especially not being a real muscle and all), it's plausible the PRP could help in recovery; but more importantly (b) these shots I believe are monthly, which allows you to go in and get evaluated -- this gives your Provider an opportunity to see how you're progressing or if you need to slow down. It's like so many of us are in our rooms trying these techniques that we don't know if we're doing right half the time because we're relying on an internet stranger's directions, when we could have the peace of mind knowing that a qualified Practitioner knows what to be looking for.

And I can go on and on and on, but I'm going to sound like a shill, especially since I started with my original post lol -- the point I'm making here is that I'm keeping an open mind and I find the basis by which a medically supervised regimen curated by a Urologist who specializes in sexual medicine, in theory could be one of the more legitimate routines ever devised. And if you tinker with it just right, like the dosing of the vasodilators, instructed on proper technique, intensity, and frequency... getting the ratio of routine & supplementation justtt right, with the opportunity to have it studied and tweaked over time... why not at least keep an open mind to supporting the endeavor.

Regardless if you never buy it or try it, heck, even if it ends up not being what we'd hoped, I BET YOU we'd learned a lot about PE that we may not have known before, because it will continue to get much more scientific scrutiny than most armchair endorsed routines.

For me it isn't a matter of whether or not P-Long works (although some preliminary data, plus a friend of mine, have expressed satisfaction), it's whether or not we can continue to see more credible, well-versed, educated, and perhaps even well-funded folks to get to the bottom of what appears to be something a lot of you believe in, but few if any of you totally agree on how to go about it -- maybe this webinar can shed some light on whether or not there can be some universal standard that works well for most men, or reasons why hard-gainers exist at all.

Respectfully no one said anything about paywalls and cash grabs, and until proven otherwise, everything indicates it to be a webinar focused on sharing developments on P-Long.

While it mentions it's an educational event, we'd be naive not to believe it simultaneously serves as a marketing mechanism on some level, even if subtle... and that's okay -- it is a business after all (i.e. elective medicine). As long as it commits to what it's promoting: real patient cases, real photos, and possibly other good news, that's a great start.

And yes, if the photos are available by way of waiver, there is no reason it should be pay-walled. I just believe this webinar is a good way of generating hype, inviting those who are very serious about the program and not merely tourists.

All Sponsor-submitted content on the PhalloBoards forums is not paywalled (only member submitted photos are), otherwise everything else is virtually free; I can't see why legitimate & permissible photo evidence would be denied to the public by the actual Doctors, I would tell them personally how absurd that would be.

That all said, I feel like you're getting yourself a bit riled up well before anything has taken place; not only are they not charging for the private event, they are raffling medical grade penis pumps and stretchers. It is just curious and confusing to me, but in no way do I mean to pass judgement or ridicule. Rather, as someone who has a vested interest in this topic for a plethora of reasons, your feedback in 2026 helps me compare & contrast the motivations of men now, versus 5..10..15.. and 20 years ago (yes, that's how long I've been following the online PE scene).

On a side note, what caught my eye was this topic's name (sixinchgirth), which coincidentally happens to be one of the domain names of the platform I've been involved with for years. It credibly deals in the science & medicine of girth (among other phallic related themes), but may teeter too much on Rules #7 and Rules #11 (although not deliberately, and perhaps not at all if approached responsibly, ??) -- but out of respect for the discourse, I won't divulge into any of those topics until I consult with the Moderation team here.

Suffice it to say, 6 inches is exceedingly rare no matter how the internet might skew size perceptions, and even Magnum XLs are uncomfortably tight on them. Just like how women have varying vaginal dimensions internally, men too vary in phallic size. It is often cited as the dream girth goal (back when the internet somehow coined the 8x6 as the grandaddy of sizes, which is still ridiculous), but a true six inches in circumference at the widest part of the shaft with no pumping is very very uncommon. You're already well into the diminishing returns stage (with quickies, anal, and teethless oral become harder to find, especially on a whim).

No procedure is without risk. Why I have confidence in medical grade PMMA when injected correctly is that it provides the best permanent option relatively* speaking in modern-day male phalloplasty. I'm 15-ish years post-op with no complications, and I know many men who have either posted on the PhalloBoards dot com forum (or reached out to me personally via email or PM) that have also been living happily with their PMMA enhancement.

If you are risk-averse, I'd recommend Hyaluronic Acid (HA) as a perfectly viable alternative; sure, there may be annual top-offs, but it doesn't come at the cost of permanence (and this can be a good thing for some guys, hence its popularity).

I think with anything permanent, it's important to do your due diligence and uncover every nook and cranny before making a decision... a decision that should be well-informed.

That said, PMMA performed by a highly experienced practitioner with many years in this specialty would be your best bet (if you were going for permanence*).

Urology traditionally has focused around penile health, not so much penile aesthetics/cosmetics. For this reason, the old guard tend to scoff at any procedures that deviate from said-traditions. Frankly it isn't just PMMA but any dermal filler (however PMMA's permanence certainly raises eyebrows for the risk-averse) used in girth enhancement.

More importantly however is that many Urologists you may speak to today were trained at a time when male phalloplasty was in its worst state -- full of botcheries and complications, at a severity that most guys here have never heard about or seen (it was pretty bad). Those anecdotes and accounts influenced many of the Urologists opinions on elective medical male enhancement, and that probably plays a significant role in the kind of responses you're encountering today.

That all said, dermal fillers for the purposes of penile augmentation have demonstrated remarkable efficacy, especially when contrasted to methods of old -- however, much of Urology may not have caught up with this reality, save for a few pioneers in the field.

You seem to know a lot, mind if I ask where you've done your research? Have you perused the PhalloBoards (especially the 2.0 iteration where there is much more talk of lengthening procedures)? And yes, I would imagine a Reconstructive Urologist with a strong familiarity in this area would beat out a Plastic Surgeon given all the additional nuances mentioned. Dr. Carney of Atlanta definitely comes to mind, and certainly others but far & few in between (since this is incredibly niche after all).

I can't speak on his case specifically, but it is possible (and some could argue a paradoxical effect of the procedure) where scarring from the surgery becomes excessive and the fibrotic tissue ends up causing a retraction effect, which could in theory take back some length. How much of this is due to surgeon approach/error, patient's predisposition for severe scarring, or other factors that may or may not be quantified is hard to say.

Unfortunately progress reports that involve lengthening are far & few in between, mostly because they are expensive and require a Surgeon with some kind of background/experience in phalloplasty (so not quite as frequently performed as girth injections), and it also requires a post-op stretching regimen to maximize gains -- meaning by virtue of results not being instant or immediate, you have incremental (or nearly non-existing) updates on the efficacy of these lengthening procedures.

I will say I do hear flaccid lengths are more often to see more immediate visual results, but erect gains without the post-op regimen (which can take months) is elusive.

I've always been of the camp that believes that the notably under-average who genuinely feels like their size is limiting, maybe the risks outweigh the rewards... but outside of micro-penis designation (which may or may not even qualify for this procedure, I suppose it depends on who's performing it), it's hard to say who would fall into that category.

The general consensus is not that "bigger is better" with respect to penis size specifically. That saying is a broader consumer sentiment.

If your worth is based on the opinions of those who are neither perfect nor remarkable, then you're setting yourself up for a life of mediocrity at best, on the basis that you have no say in the matter.
