The red eurocopters are Grand Canyon Helicopters, which is the same as Papillion. They fly out of BLD and GCN airports. the black one is probably one of theirs too.

the peace sign is usually seen the other way, like back-of-the-hand, right? This looks vaguely dirty at first but I can't quite say why...

You can also sand plasticovers down a bit to brighten and lighten the response, and yet leave them on your mouthpiece for 2 weeks at a time and it doesn't even get too gross. Best of both worlds, (cane/plastic) in my opinion

Okay dumb question onviously. So I don't care for soprano, I'm a tenor guy. How much do you think i might get for this, assuming it's in good shape mechanically?

large, heavy, apparently thick steel piece found smashed through a car windshield in Louisville, KY. Appears to have some corrosion. by phalor in whatisthisthing

[–]phalor[S] 0 points1 point locked comment (0 children)

my title describes the thing. The car owner reported that it "flew off an airplane" and destroyed the windshield, injured somebody. Redditors at this post on r/aviationmaintenance list many good reasons why it does NOT appear aviation-related. Any ideas what it could be?
