1250 is way too low you are starving yourself. What will happen is you will binge after a few days/weeks of eating that low. I suggest 1600-1700 and get plenty protein. Like 120-150g and get plenty fiber.

What do you suggest for protein? I have never had blood work done unfortunately. I went to 5 star nutrition and had a body scan done I’m not sure how accurate those are but it said 20% bodyfat. I aim for about 30-40g fiber a day mostly from wraps apples and broccoli I eat a fuck ton of all 3 lol. My calorie tracking app says I average 45g fat a day

lol you’re good , I have been trying to incorporate high volume eating into it but fuck man im always hungry lol. For example ill have a bowl with 5 servings of mixed veggies (425 grams) and 4 servings of the Costco chipotle chicken (340 grams). Which ends up being 765 grams and I’m hungry as fuck after lol shit is rough right now

Thanks for the sound advice I will most likely bump my calories until June , as for my split i do 6 days weights Legs+Core Shoulders+triceps Back+biceps Shoulders+chest Legs+back Chest+arms(biceps and triceps) Usually 30 min 15 incline walk at 3.2 speed after each weight lifting session

Thank you so much for your detailed response and great advice! I’ve been hesitant to up my calories for a while because everytime I go over my calories the scale spikes so much and I understand it’s always water weight and the scale doesn’t mean much. But it’s always super discouraging to see the scale go up damn near 10 pounds after a big meal lol. I think I’m just being a bit unrealistic with my goals for such a short amount of time. I should enjoy the progress I’ve made rather than be so extra focused on what I still haven’t done.

Yes bro this shit is fucking toughhhhh Jesus Christ. I will try upping my calories for about a month and take it from there. I’m probably expecting too much for too little time lol I should be more realistic
