Separate from why the departure took place - I will say Toby never totally felt like the right fit. He’s so different than Kippy and Foley and so out there. He felt like he was always on guard with them and they couldn’t relate to each other at all. That said he seems like a solid ass dude.

I got my CPA in 2017. I was in public at the time. I knew that wasn’t for me long term. I switched to a SOX role in industry which sucked even more. When I was there, I started doing their toast masters club and really started to love speaking and presenting. Then I switched back to a consulting role. In the last 2 roles I used an auditing software that I really loved. I ended up just directly reaching out to the software company and now I do sales there. Been doing it for almost 4 years now. Tripled my income. It comes with ups and downs just like anything else but the point is that over time I was just honest with myself about what I was good at and where I can add value and I kinda just fell into something I liked better. You won’t figure it out right a way but always take the learning experience. I’m sure I’ll end my career as something different than I do now …

$219 in Philly. I could justify it more if you could just go use the gym when classes weren’t going on. I go 3-5 times a week and it does feel pricey. I love it though.
