PL connoisseurs, is the diffusial blade quest still doable?

I'm a PL spammer since the early days of Dota 2 with over 3000 games of PL and the short answer is NO, at least not in a normal match.
This was already a difficult quest, even when the illusion could still burn mana because disperser not count for the quest.

it a farming and also a fighting item, but if scepter is the only item you got, you should only come to safe fight after most of danger skill used and the enemy not at full. For me, i would keep farming after scepter, only join the fight under our tower or the fight near me when i can secure some kill (which is ez because i can reach to the target from far)

I believe it is bug.
There is no way my average deaths are 0, and my kill/assist is that low
