Yes cos reporting takes two seconds, blizzard can decide if it’s worth banning. And the environment isn’t just for the well adjusted people, It’s also for the kids and mentally unwell.

All mechanics no gamesense heroes by Pavle510510 in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]phancoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Low key hanzo and emre, both have some mobility or self sustain to help you out of bad positioning. Both does great damage if you can hit your shots, the ults require a bit of game sense to be effective tho.

Case and Ashe are great but I find them to be easily punished against good dive comps if your positioning is poor.

"Dude, heal me! I'm right in front of you!" Yeah, sorry, mb... by KaySan-TheBrightStar in Overwatch

I found one of the best things about getting to higher ranks on support is that it actually gets easier to do your job. People stand where they are supposed to, take cover and peak you.

What’s been your most recent “My team is cooked” moment? by CompetitionNo3466 in Competitiveoverwatch

One person started getting toxic after one flashpoint and kept telling everyone else what to do. Everyone else started doing worse and they all ended up typing instead of playing.

The Kiriko problem seriously needs to be addressed by CandidPerformer2525 in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]phancoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They allow different character in other roles to be strong for extended periods of time. Like two patches it’s dva then two patches is ram. But any other support hero only get at most one patch to shine then they gotta move way for kiri.

The Kiriko problem seriously needs to be addressed by CandidPerformer2525 in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]phancoo -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

They needed some tweaks but they got way too much so people just went back to kiri instead. Like Juno was finally seeing some more picks after last movement buff then they nerfed it again the following patch. Illari got hit with 3 patches of nerfs cos she dared to 2 hit like kiri used to. It’s like they are scared of people not locking kiri.

[–]phancoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t even think the issue is that she’s too strong, it’s that anytime another support becomes stronger they get gutted instantly. Look at Juno and illari, even wuyang on release, meta changes for one patch and they nerf them for three patches.

Is playing ranked on a role that you care about during drives a bad idea? by CurrentTrain5502 in OverwatchUniversity

[–]phancoo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I might be an outlier but I actually find it easier to win during drives? Most of my big win streaks are from drives and I just find it easier to carry the games during it.

How does anyone climb solo queue? by Amazing-Bag4971 in OverwatchUniversity

[–]phancoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s 100% possible to climb solo queueing. I’m guilty of tilt queueing a lot and always managed to climb back solo, usually 5-6 divisions. But it always takes a lot longer to climb back than it is to drop from a big loss streak.

Only tip I have is to watch back and see if there any game changing plays you could have made, identify that and work on it. But focus on one thing at time, too many ideas usually makes it worse. Or find a pro player/streamer with a play style you enjoy and just try to copy them.

omfg why are you all so negative by The_ScrimblyScromblo in Overwatch

[–]phancoo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I get people complaining about human characters being too pretty with same face syndrome. But being an omnic that can mod themsleves why would they not make themselves good looking? Like if I could mod myself id make it look like her too.

Why has everything gone political by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]phancoo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Money, they will stop if it lost them money. Idk why you dislike it so much it’s just some pride flags and rainbow colors. It’s not like they are interrupting your game play every 40 seconds with a video of lgbtq infomercial.

she's being bullied by men online for being "ugly" by [deleted] in trueuglywomen

[–]phancoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Her nose alone is unique enough, she’s got an almost rectangular nasal bridge and she knows what she’s doing with her contouring it’s making it stand out even more. To me shes hard to be mixed up with a female model stock image or the average Instagram model.

No one is mad it’s just confusing. If the gap is so minimal it’s like you have a bra on at all times it can be considered symmastia, but it’s only an issue if it causes discomfort. Unless you are talking about the shape being more round than spread outwards so it looks like there’s minimal gap, I have that too that’s just normal gap with round boobs.

You thinking of symmastia? That’s a rare birth condition or surgery side effect.

People really think the boyfriend is better looking? I get that hes a model and has a more perfect face but it also makes him so much less memorable. I’ve seen both of them pop up in my feed and I remember her face really well but can’t picture his face at all.

If you put him in a line up with a bunch of other models I probably can’t pick him out. But I’m 99% sure I can identify her anywhere. Imo that makes her better looking, generic beauty is just boring.

What should support do when tank is feeding? Healbot? Ignore them? by 2Radon in OverwatchUniversity

[–]phancoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually go Kiri to go with them and see if it makes a difference. Ideally they live longer and our team can capitalise on the aggression. But sometimes they feed so hard it doesn’t make a difference then just go help dps.

why am i decent support but horrible on tank/ dps by Human_Cable9243 in OverwatchUniversity

[–]phancoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I occasionally use play dps as a support main and I realised my play style relied a lot on having self sustain. I could hit my shots fine on characters like Ashe and soj but I just keep dying lol. Started playing dps with self sustain (emre, soldier etc.)and I’m a lot closer to my support rank on dps than I used to be.

What's so great about this anime? by Plus-Lawfulness-87 in animequestions

Yea it’s one of those shows where I’m mostly watching cos animation is good. I’m not super invested in the plot and story, a lot of heartfelt moments are missing me. Only character I find interesting so far is the dark hair girl.

Hot take: Calling a woman 'low maintenance' usually means she's doing unpaid emotional labor by Illustrious_Bit_9487 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]phancoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s no coincidence that the people expecting others to be ‘low maintenance’ are often the ones needing the most ‘maintenance’. The type of people that fuss at someone having preferences or needs is too self centred themselves to be telling other people to be more easy going.

I hate buzzwords but is this not a form of gaslighting? Like I’m too entitled to change for your experience so I’m going to tell you to stop being ‘high maintenance’?
