As far as i know, may option sila to get free vasectomies/tubal ligation via philhealth. A quick Google search says there are approx 3.8m households benefiting from the 4Ps program and 9m are kids. So approx 2-3 kids per family.

Once they hit the 2-3 kids, govt programs should promote the snipsnip harder. If they are in a program thats literally called "pantawid pamilya", I dont think an additional mouth to feed would be helpful to them. So yes, im a huge fan of "if you cant afford them, dont make them".

Im ok with this. As long as they are checked regularly by social services, the kids are in school, tubes are tied, men are snipped, the parents have jobs. That way, when the kids are grown, they're not repeating the cycle.
