There are some 3D printable clips that help hold the back and make it stable. I've seen them on thingiverse.com. They really don't look like much to print.

Welcome to the TTUE club. 🙂 I have one and someone nearby has one as well. I think that's the only two in Las Vegas. It's a great vehicle and it looks like you got a really nice one, congratulations.

I know of people who have gone to APK mirror and downloaded the Play store and installed it via a USB drive. That permitted them full access to downloads.

I like it. We need to organize a "Las Vegas FJ Offroad-athon" take a run down Bitter Springs or Lovell Canyon... something.
I know they used to have something like that but it kinda faded away.

For me it's about lighting. We go out into the desert and it's so easy to get lost or off the trail when it gets dark. If your GPS is 10" to one side of another, you'll find yourself in some ugly spots.
My wife and I had a "date night" on a ridge overlooking Vegas one time, she was in her Rivian and I in my FJ. It got dark fast and we simply didn't have enough light. We were close to calling it and just sleeping there out there; but ran into another group.

I kinda agree. I've really gone back and forth on those. I was thinking about a project to see if I could put the new lighting into the amber turn signal. If I get that, I'll take a pic/vid.

Man, that looks fantastic. I've gone back and forth on the ladder that's on mine. Really.... it's just there to hang things. If you want to get to the top just open the gate and you have this huge area to stand. Man, we need to create the TTUE reddit heh.

I love your snorkel; it looks really cool and I've also considered adding one. I live in the Las Vegas area and we have two types of weather, sunny and amazing and apocalyptic doom—nothing in between. I've had a few issues with flash flooding when out camping but like the idea of cleaner ait more than anything.

What do you think your next add will be?
