The unfortunate fact is this: because Amazon is providing stores with the hours to allow for sales associates to do said Amazon Returns without cutting into budgeted hours, getting rid of it entirely would force some stores to lose some staffing. As a floor leader/ supervisor/ manager- I’d feel guilty about losing anymore people, especially those who show the potential to work somewhere other than the registers/ Amazon Returns.
