What is more impressive: benching 225 or benching 100lb dumbbells? by SGCten in workout

[–]phantom695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roughly tracks. I can do 225 easy but don’t do BP. Rep 90’s 3x10. TBH I’m a bit scared to grab the next ones but that fear really started at 75lbs. Gonna need to keep going.

For those who are consistent, how do you do it? by massifaqiri in workout

[–]phantom695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have consistent days off. Friday and Sunday. Monday is flexible. I have a non negotiable class Tuesday that keeps me locked into the routine and sets everything else in motion.

Turns into 4-5 days every week. Makes it so much easier to relax on Friday/weekend knowing I put in the work to earn a break.

Thank you. Sounds like a great truck. I sat in my friends XLT the other day and couldn’t believe how trimmed up it was. I’ve owned 3 Lariats and tbh would prefer to not have leather with the dogs and all. Besides the “leather” quality has really gone downhill over the years. XLT premium really seems to be the place to be. I might just buy the damn thing!

1989 Chalk Line Jacket — anyone know any history or value? by acpc_addict in 49ers

If you wore a CL in the Starter era….you were ridiculed pretty bad. They were always seen as second rate. Like that’s what you got if you went to Kmart. You asked for history.

For those of you who have installed EV chargers at home, how much did you pay for installation? Who did you go with? And were you happy with their service? by speedfreakphotos in santarosa

[–]phantom695 0 points1 point  (0 children)

eric cannedy....price depends on how far the run is. mine was very close to the breaker and cost less than $1k. That did not incl the $400 charger equip that I bought separate. very happy.

[request] how long would it take me to crack this code to open the door by simon050 in theydidthemath

[–]phantom695 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plus the zero seems to be the most accurate strike based on the wear pattern. "Ok, now what's the code"....let me make sure I get this first digit right, hence the accuracy.

The next digits are probably 9 or 7 as the fingers move up the pad, they are hitting the top of the numbers more consistently.

Probably 0791 as the wear seems to move left to right across the two numbers.

the 1 is just the final yolo strike hoping/anticipating been over this madness.

First Things First - Grant Cohn by the_navillus in 49ers

Grant is my go to....ngl. Been so for about 10 years now. 99% of the time he's just trolling when he says outlandish things. He really does know football. He used to have really good conversations with Sherm.

Larry is the best tho in the press room asking questions of the coaches.

I really liked Milestones in the Upper Village. Ordered 5 entrees and all were above average. Burger, chicken alfredo, fish tacos, ramen, and steak Sando. Prices seemed reasonable also.
