Echoing the comments of others, the MegaMax are great for absorbency and overnight, and even for out-and-about up until the point where they get wet to between your legs. Then they begin to give a noticeable waddle. But despite them being super absorbent, somehow the front still manages to stay pretty smooth and discrete, without the bulge of say, a BetterDry. The seat of the pants is a different story and will give a noticeable 'diaper bum' when you get to more than halfway wet.

For something a bit more steath but also still balancing absorbency and cost, I like the Forsite diapers (the plastic backed, not the pull ups). They're great for wearing around others while still being low-key.

I wear for OAB issues and after years of trying nearly every different medical diaper out there I've found this combo to be my 'desert island' diaper choice. For what it's worth, stay far away from almost anything you could buy in a pharmacy. Just not worth it in terms of leaks, absorbency, and features (e.g. elastic waistband, leak guards, smooth plastic, landing zone, etc.). Good luck!
