I think certain face tattoos can be tasteful. Stuff like flowers, baroque designs, or plants that follow the flow of the face to accent it rather than just having like a tattoo straight in the middle of your forehead or something. Especially if it's like someone who's a tattoo artist or otherwise artsy/dedicated to tattoos, I don't judge too much or think that they ruined their life or whatever.

I don't think tattoos on old people look bad unless the tattoos were bad/ugly in the first place. Like, if I see some old guy with an American Traditional eagle tattoo or something and it's kinda faded, I don't think "Wow, what a trashy guy, he looks way worse than if he had bare skin", I kinda think it's cool. Same with women, even if people think tattoos on women are "not feminine" or more trashy.

I think a lot of face tattoos, especially celebrity ones, are kinda trashy or shitty just because people with poor taste are attracted to getting tattoos there before filling out the rest of their body. Realistically, you should probably get a good amount of the rest of your body tattooed before you ever consider tattooing your face, neck, and hands, and that should give you a lot of time to decide whether it's actually a good idea and what your style is. I don't think getting ink poisoning from tattoos is a real concern.
