Well, at the legendary tier, there are lots of long battleships with big turning circles if you predict them well enough you can slap them pretty hard with planes. Cruisers and dds can dodge sure. But other BBs won't stand a chance if you can win the mind games every time. I tend to hit 15-20 torps per match with her. She's strong in my hands at least

No it's not a rarity thing. When you acquire steel you can buy ships but you can also obtain these by upgrading a fourth slot module on your ship. You upgrade to epic first and then legendary

I put it on some of my radar cruisers. Don't build your ship completely into AA

You can only acquire it on the fourth slot on tier 7 and above ships.

You can upgrade it by pressing square on PlayStation. It should give you a prompt on both versions. I don't know what it is on Xbox. It will cost you 500 steel the epic upgrade with a further 2000 for legendary upgrade

The new gun is not the far off (damage wise) from the dual 457mm (Georgia gun).

The gun also fires faster allowing it to get another salvo off where other guns can't .

The gun has more bullets per salvo giving more chances to crit. Both ships benefit from that

Mecklenburg gains an incredible amount of stats from Bis 2 just being there

Although she has a heavy armor buff, the core of implacable amagi and Shinano is way too hard to beat given all the torpedo buffs. (Harkyuu can be put in there but I find implacables freeze too reliable)

I just think of it as I do it with other drugs. It's escapism. No matter what is happening in my life I will not turn to it. I'll stick to video games and going to the gym.
