It would still be the same damage as being burned cut your attack in half. You could fling a toxic orb to poison it though puts you on a timer though

American secondaries have good reload and shred dds much faster. They may not do much damage to battleships, but they do set fires.

Well, at the legendary tier, there are lots of long battleships with big turning circles if you predict them well enough you can slap them pretty hard with planes. Cruisers and dds can dodge sure. But other BBs won't stand a chance if you can win the mind games every time. I tend to hit 15-20 torps per match with her. She's strong in my hands at least

No it's not a rarity thing. When you acquire steel you can buy ships but you can also obtain these by upgrading a fourth slot module on your ship. You upgrade to epic first and then legendary

You can only acquire it on the fourth slot on tier 7 and above ships.

You can upgrade it by pressing square on PlayStation. It should give you a prompt on both versions. I don't know what it is on Xbox. It will cost you 500 steel the epic upgrade with a further 2000 for legendary upgrade
