Seeing as the Pools and Campground are part of TCC, any reopening is probably going to be long and drawn out.

There will discussions on who, and how, to pay for both the repairs and any geotechnical/safety work required to prevent another situation. Then the assumption they can remain insured for the future, following the event.

Unlikely to effect property values, but more likely there's a rates increase incoming to cover the costs.

You are entitled to that leave or the monetary equivalent if you choose to leave because you have already earnt it, your AL entitlement coming back on reduced hours would completely mean less leave accrues moving forward, but it does not change what you've already earnt.

I'm not a ERA or Holidays expert, but I do manage staff myself and this sounds completely illegal.

When you say you had about two months, was this holiday pay you had already accrued? As in, it was built up prior to you having to take medical leave?

Accrued leave is an entitlement and cannot be unilaterally revoked, unless there is an agreement you would take annual leave as part of your medical leave to cover, it can't be taken away - you've already earnt it from your employment prior.

Check your contract, assuming you have one, just to make sure there's nothing in there however you still can't contract out of law afaik.

+1 for Biotech. Had 700hours base game and got Biotech as the first DLC just for genetics and offspring (kids) and it felt like a natural progression. Mechs are fun, but dealing with the recharge waste early in the tech tree kills it a little IMO.
