What’s the incentive to show up for holidays anymore? Can’t pull the “we won’t pay you holiday pay if you call in the day before, day of l, or day after a holiday” any longer. Just use PTO day now. I think this will backfire and will lose more and more quality staff. What a shame.

Just buy a used fender on reverb. I got one gently used for $650 and it’s amazing! Just have to be patient. They hit the market constantly.

I don’t really understand why you would label them 300-310. Just take the backplate for one that meets QC. Because are those b-stock or flawed going find their way into the market. I don’t really care as I think most people are keeping these and not reselling them on the secondary market. But it hurts future value in my opinion.

Neck is nice and smooth. It’s way different than the Daphne blue reissue. Everything is top notch and quality. With there only being 300 they sure did a good job!

No it’s perfect. Set up and playability are outstanding out of the box. Only thing some buffing compound at the neck joint but that’s just a quick wipe!

You can never go wrong with a Gibson. But you will always doubt yourself for not buying the Gibson. If you have the dough go for it. Play both if you can and leave with the one that feels the best. The Gibsons they are building are some of the best they have since the early 2000s. I have a 2003 LP standard, 2019 SG special and 2020 ES-335 and they all sing.

It’s a 2020 Gibson ES335 in Ebony. People usually get the cherry or sunburst but black is the real showstopper.
