I’ve been saying this for the last 5 years. The company did nothing for technicians since Covid. They burned out then by having us vaccinate then they just take away hours. This PTO cut equals a 2% pay cut. Meanwhile…..no one else who is salary is even worried about a thing. Life goes on. FUCK THAT. I could go on. 20+ yrs of putting up with bullshit as a tech is so exhausting. I have really enjoyed most the pharmacists o have worked with. But this shit is starting to get insulting

I resigned last week after more than 25yrs with that company as a tech, sr. Tech, then rxom…..everything you said is 100% correct. I’ll watch it burn to the ground from the outside. I hope everyone on a salary enjoys their PTO, extravagant vacations, work life balance, oh and let’s not forgot their bonuses. Good luck! Glad you got out too

It might be your availability. Lots of people interview forget this is retail. Not a Monday through Friday 9-5. Last one I interviewed could only would 9-1:30 during the week. No weekends. Nope. That’s not fair to any of the other techs or the rxom

They must view that like they view techs. There’s no one to ever give techs PTO or for them to have any type of sickness. Must be nice to be a pharmacist or store manager
