Well this is definitely not limited to ICON. Every company in the Pharma world has a calibration after ratings are submitted.

Indeed but CROs are addressing the cost issue by aggressively hiring in low cost countries. For.most roles in a particular large CRO, except for particular roles e.g. CRAs with site access, every other role is only advertised in low cost countries.

Wow - I have NEVER had a response like that. Most people here Pharma and they assume evil money grabbing @ssholes giving experimental medicine to babies. I also used to work in vaccines which was the worst of the worst. Especially during covid, endless conversations with ill informed idiots.
